On this page, you’ll find your shopping list for all the ingredients and supplies you’ll need to make the “Milk of Sweet Poplar and Roses.”

You’ll also find links to purchase the ingredients and supplies online–some of these are Amazon links to provide you with as much a “one-stop-shop” experience as possible.  Others are not since not all the ingredients are available on Amazon. Keep in mind that you only need one benzoin–either get the resin oil or the tincture, depending on skin sensitivity (see recipe and demo video for more information on that).

You do not have to purchase your ingredients from the links below if you have a different source that you prefer–just make sure you read labels and trust that the ingredients you purchase are fresh and top quality. Have fun!
